Educator Wellness is a complex topic with complex layers.  Our personal health, professional performance, and school culture often intertwine to impact our overall mental health and well-being.  During a time when stressors are coming at us from every direction, we’ll take a deep dive into our thoughts, actions and goals so we can achieve the results we're looking for both personally and professionally.  We'll discuss the essential elements of our wellness, important awareness points, and tangible tools for navigating our internal and external experiences.

Carly Quick is an educator wellness consultant and coach who specializes in the mental health and well-being of those who work in education.  She partners with schools to provide all-staff professional development, wellness team facilitation, and individualized coaching.
